Rationale
Good clinical work requires good admin and networking which needs to be privileged in the job plan. There is time for most admin around the clinical appointments but some larger tasks discharge, reports etc can be well done in privileged “Big Admin” time.
Ideas for Action
We recommend – full CAPA – that 12.5% or one-eighth of all clinical hours are “Big Admin”
