Rationale

Many CAMHS operate in similar ways and have similar issues. Talk to neighbouring teams- it is sometimes surprising what is going on just next-door! Talk to get ideas and minimise reinventing the wheel. Take what works for you and leave what doesn’t. Added Bonus: you will leave the other team with ideas too.
